I appreciate the art and the quality (very good design by the way) of the piece. Although the issue troubles me. Everyone makes these claims that the United States went to Iraq for their oil. Well, the war is over and I have yet to see anything that shows any proof of that claim. Sure you can claim something, but if you have no fact to back it ... well, then its just giberish. If you have some factual proof of your belief (that is more than speculation) I would love to see/read it.
I love it how patriotic Americans make their arguments so eloquently. I find it exceeding humorous that there are people who think the war in Iraq was all about "Freedom, Liberation, Disarmament" and assorted propaganda. I'm willing to concede those things might have played some role in the decision to go to war but no one should be naive enough to think that oil wasn't a major consideration.
Anyhow, it's a nice piece, I just got through commenting on a work with a similar idea. I like them both because of their simplicity and poignant message. Good work!
and my view is that the government planned 9/11 and the war is all for oil they just hide it to the soliders and people and call it "for freedom and to free iraq" isnt it a wierd coincidence that saudi arabia has the worlds largest amount of oil and concierding how much oil america consumes..... and there are no "terrorrists" there just freedom fighters i hate it when they call them terrorrists how would you fell if you lived in some small nation that dosent have a good militar and some super power invaded you for no reason
